RETURN POLICY

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Sales Representatives will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us at Higinio@gymgiants.net or call us at (520) 403-0650 during business hours 9am-5pm Arizona Time M-F, and a representative will be in touch with you. All queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of the standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. *You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

 

​​OUR RETURN PROCESS: ​

1. Pack up the item you’re returning. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt received upon initial delivery. Attach return label on the package.

2. Mail your returned item to (Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping) Gym Giants, LLC. - 101 N. Colorado St #5, Chandler, Arizona 85226. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

3. Please email Higinio@gymgiants.net to request a refund.

 

4. Product must be shipped back to Gym Giants within 30 days of requesting a refund. If product is not sent within 30 days refund will not be issued.

​

5. Refunds may only be issued once product is received by Gym Giants, LLC.

Item returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee when they are considered non-defective.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges of any of product, regardless where they are purchased from must be within 30 days of your purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Gym Giants is responsible to decide what products are eligible for exchange due to a manufacturer defect. Please email Higinio@gymgiants.net with your proof of purchase, lot # and expiration date (found on the back of the bag) and description of the defect.

 

DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

 

PRICES & AVAILABILITY:

Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice.

 

​PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on the Site or otherwise distributed Gym Giants through any format, and Gym Giants will not accept any returns of promotional items for any reimbursement whatsoever. 

 

​DELAYS:

Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for delivery.

 

​BACK ORDERS:

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all our products, there's a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event you will receive an email letting you know of your partial credit due to the out of stock item. We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time and therefor any out of stock items will be cancelled off the order. We only charge for the items shipped.
